Watertown, MA- June 15, 2006 –Opera singer Soprano Noune Karapetian works wonders with children

A composer, educator and trainer, Ms Karapetian has just released her first Children’s CD in Armenian titled Tsapik Tsapik [clap clap]. The album incorporates dancing rhythms, movement songs and an eclectic mix of Armenian folk tunes and new songs. Armenian Mirror – Spectator called it Both charming and educational … a delight!

To celebrate the release of the CD Ms Kaprelian has created “Tsapikner”: an Armenian children’s concert/theatre experience and she would like you to bring your children to the show for a toe-tapping, lip-smacking, foot-stomping great time! The show also features singer Tamar Melkonian and a group of children in the Great Characters of Krko the Frog, Mlavik the Cat and many others.
