
Karine Bagdasarian has performed extensively as a soloist and a chamber musician.
She holds degrees from Yerevan’s Tchaikovsky Music School and Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory , and an Artist Diploma from the St. Petersburg Conservatory (Russia). Upon completion of her studies, Ms. Bagdasarian joined the faculty of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory as an Associate Professor of Piano Performance where she taught until 1995 and is currently on the faculty of , Brookline Music School Brookline, MA.
Ms. Bagdasarian has had frequent piano solo appearances and live performances on National TV and Radio of Armenia. She has performed many world premiers of new works, some of which were written for and dedicated to her. As the harpsichordist for the Armenian State Chamber Orchestra, she has toured Europe, Canada, and the Soviet Union.
In 2006, Ms. Bagdasarian was initiated into Phi Beta Delta, an Honor Society for outstanding International Scholars.
Her most recent solo performances have taken her to Finland, Austria, Colorado and Illinois.
