Our Young Stars

In 2008, then 5th grader Kristina Ayanian who was Miss Pre-Teen Boston at the time helped us establish this program.This performing art event aims to identify and promote musically gifted children of our New England community. It’s a time and a place for children to observe one another as peers, and a time for teachers to review their pupil outside of the studio setting.

In 2010 Amaras sponsored a US tour of the Instrument Ensemble & three Soloists from the Sayat Nove Music School of Yerevan with performances in Bayside, NY – Englewood , New Jersey – Providence, RI – Pasadena, CA. The Boston performance was held in Lexington, MA and was dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of Amaras and the 85th Birth Anniversary of singer Hovanness Badalian
